Furanui (フラヌイ Furanui) is the second Prince of Honyaraland and Karls's younger brother. Like his brother, he received King Kamopapa's life and arrived with Earth as his domain. He normally has the appearance of a light blue fennec fox, but also has the ability to take on the appearance of a human
Appearance[]
Like his brother, Furanui has the ability to take two different forms. The first, his real form, is that of a small fennec fox with light blue fur with blue and white details. His second form is a brown-skinned human with long light blue hair and aquamarine eyes. His clothing consists of an Arab-style outfit that is divided into two pieces and exposes his abdomen. He also wears a brown headband and two large blue earrings on each ear. However, unlike Karls, Furanui does not feel comfortable assuming a human appearance and instead prefers to maintain his normal form. He also tends to sit on the shoulders of the Edelstein Knights and be carried by them.
Personality[]
Furanui has been shown to have a cynical and serious personality, a clear contrast to Karls' jovial and cheerful spirit. In the same way that his brother sets out to spread happiness, Furanui believes that fear is necessary to rule, seeing it as the best way to do so. However, he has soft spots towards many things related to Earth, such as Maasa's homemade cookies.
Since Karls is not the crown prince of Honyaraland despite being the eldest, there is a possibility that Furanui may also become king in the future. Because of this, Furanui spends his time on Earth trying to prove that ruling humans through fear is the best way to go, as well as the most convenient. While Karls spends his time hanging out with members of the Defense Club and exploring Japan's culture, Furanui prefers to focus solely on dominating Earth to prove that he is a good fit for king.
